Urban Rentings Program for the calculation of the update of the rent
	With the take effect past 1 of January of 1995 of the new Law of Urban Rentings, one of the aspects that more affect the consumer is the process of update of rents. The diversity of options that contemplates the norm, as much from the point of view of the dates of beginning of contracts in vigor, like of the quantity of the rents, the income of the renter, or the number of inhabitants of the population in which it is located the house, supposes for a good number of users the accomplishment of a series of complex calculations that not always are within reach of all.
This program has been developed with the purpose of facilitating the information necessary to the user and to simplify the operations of calculation, on the basis of the text of the new LAU (Law 29/94, of 24/11/94), with which in minutes the value of the updated rent can be obtained , with the specific commentaries in each case. These results can be obtained by printer, with which they can serve as later reference.
