Similar to the program of the diet, the approach varies as soon as that is directed to the accomplishment of a balanced purchase, reason why it allows the user, to modify its decisions of purchase based on the nutritious values that each food contributes.

That is to say, it tries to approach the concepts of balanced and reflective purchase, from the information that it is had and the necessities of the individual.

It offers a global summary of the purchase in rations, data on the
nutrients that each food contributes that was decided to buy and recommendations for the purchase, where is indicated if the user must increase or reduce the consumption of rich foods in energy, proteins, calcium and iron.
