User guide
Every time with more frequency the different banking services are reason for consultations, claims and requests of information on the part of the users. For it, the program makes possible:

Advising on concrete aspects of the banking services, by means of a glossary of terms , connected through connections hypertext.

The calculation of the operations with which normally is the user in his relation with the banking organizations.
The transaction of claims, as much in first instance before the Office of Attention to the Client of the bank origin of the complaint, like in one second phase before the Service of Claims of the Bank of Spain.

A listing of useful directions related to the banking services, that include the offices of the defender of the client and other organisms of interest.

Statistical analysis (numerical and graphical) from the made consultations and claims, per monthly periods, annual or interannual. This option is specially useful for organizations or organisms of consumption that they love to know the day the evolution of the sector, facing the adoption of campaigns of information or another type.
