Introduction |
|
Generally, when a consumer considers that his rights have been violated and he wants to enforce them, there are several paths and services open to him. Access to all these consumer services by foreigners may involve the additional complication of language problems, since, in general, the staff are not adept at foreign languages. For this reason, it may be advisable to resort to embassies and/or consulates who will help with the enquiries to the consumer organisations. |
