    The basic law regarding advertising is Law 2328/1995 and the law 2251/94
    In addition there is the code of advertising and communication accepted by all those who are involved in the advertising sector. The Communication’s Control Council is responsible for the application of the code. The consumers, the providers and the advertisers can appeal to it.  For more information: www.see.gr
